The St. Louise DeMarrilac Parish’s parking lot needed reconstruction and storm sewer improvements. The improvements included reconstruction of the north and south parking lot area, on-street parking within 30th St. and Raymond St., and an ADA sidewalk improvement to the Rectory entrance.

Stormwater improvements included MWRD required detention and volume control and drainage connection of Sanctuary downspouts at the south parking area.
