GHA was retained by the Village of Round Lake Beach to provide a Phase I Engineering Study, Phase II Design Engineering, and Phase III Construction Engineering for the reconstruction of Orchard Lane from Rollins Road to Monaville Road and Hook Drive from Orchard Lane to Rollins Road. This project will be funded by a combination of Surface Transportation Program funds provided by the Illinois Department of Transportation and local funds provided by the Village.

During construction, GHA’s Resident Engineer (RE) provided communications relative to road closures, delays, and schedules via a project website; and personally, to local residents, commuters, pedestrians, postal carriers, refuse collectors, business owners, and stakeholders. Our RE’s effective communication, provided for positive public relations.
